If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

i-Supervision is a business-to-business platform that integrates site imagery, drone and CCTV feeds, IoT sensor data, inspections, and reporting into a single record of construction activity. Access requires an account issued by the organization that has subscribed to the Service. Features, availability, and functionality may change as we develop and improve the Service.

Your account is provisioned by your organization’s administrator with a role that determines what you can see and do. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us or your administrator promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use. Access is limited to authorized users acting within the scope granted by your organization.

Your organization retains ownership of the content and data it submits to the Service, including inspection records, reports, photos, and site data (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit.

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by OFO Tech and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, notifications, mapping, and hardware integration (for example, Amazon Web Services, Google Firebase, mapping and 3D tile providers, and drone platforms such as DJI). Your use of features that depend on these providers may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability, and we may suspend access where necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. i-Supervision supports site monitoring and record-keeping but does not replace professional judgment, statutory inspections, or on-site safety obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFO Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Your right to use the Service continues while your organization’s subscription and your account remain active. We or your organization may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any disputes arising from or relating to the Service.
